As required by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and in accordance with our own platform policies, the following items and services are strictly prohibited from being listed on fairvalue.pk. Any ads found to contain prohibited items will be immediately removed, and repeat offenders may have their access to the Platform restricted.
Our AI-powered moderation system automatically screens all ads for prohibited content. However, if you encounter a listing that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately using the "Report Ad" feature on the ad detail page.

Counterfeit & Stolen Goods
- Replica or counterfeit branded products
- Stolen goods or items without proof of ownership
- Vehicles without valid registration documents
- Non-custom-paid (NCP) vehicles
- Government-issued items not authorized for resale
Adult & Inappropriate Content
- Adult items of a sensitive nature
- Books, magazines, or media with explicit sexual content
- Escort or massage services
- Cross-gender massage services
Illegal Services
- Online/WhatsApp nikah, divorce, or halala services
- Forex trading or cryptocurrency brokerage
- Fast-track or one-sitting degree services
- Astrology or fortune-telling services
- Direct admission with quota claims

- Currency in circulation
- SSD chemical solutions
- Bitcoin or virtual currency trading
- Investment schemes or get-rich-quick offers
Jobs & Employment
- Foreign jobs of any nature (excluding work permits)
- Online jobs like bulk email, captcha, ad clicking, or copy-paste jobs
- Government or semi-government job postings by unauthorized parties
- Jobs requiring 'bold/open-minded females'
Other Prohibited Items

Consequences of Violation
Posting prohibited items on fairvalue.pk may result in the following actions:
- Immediate removal of the offending advertisement.
- Temporary or permanent restriction of posting privileges from the associated WhatsApp number or IP address.
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities if the listing involves illegal activity.
